Full Design Services - Virtual

If you live outside of our locations, we offer virtual design services. Although we are not physically together, we ensure to be hands-on throughout the entire process.

• Consultation: Every project is unique and begins with your ideas about taste, comfort and how you would like to live. After you request a consultation, we’ll arrange an initial 60 minute virtual conversation to learn about your lifestyle and vision, as well as discussing each of your spaces that we will tackle in our renovations. Through a process of discovery and collaboration, we’ll explore ideas for transforming your space.

• Proposal: Our detailed proposal will outline the full scope or services that we will be offering. This is the time where we can tweak any final elements that you wish for us include in our services. A project timeline will be provided to ensure that we are aligned with final goals and any dates we need to hit. Additional design services are always welcome after the design process begins, and can be added on at any time of the project timeline. We will provide a revised proposal and timeline for any changes or additional services we add on.

• Discovery: Here is where we will ask for you to provide all of the necessary information that we will need before jumping into the design phase. We will outline any requirements that we need from you (room measurements, photos of your space, existing furniture to re-use, etc.). This is a vital step to ensure that we are able to select the design items that will properly fit your space.

• Design Visioning: After we define your project’s scope, we’ll conceptualize the overall creative direction. Our deliverable will be 2 custom “conceptual palettes” to help narrow down your preferred design aesthetic. At this check-in stage, we’ll present design concepts, color palettes and preliminary floor plans. We will incorporate any feedback you have as we progress into the final palette and next design stage.

• Design Planning: We’ll lock in on final floor plans. Here is the chance to change any room functions or overall layouts before we begin the full design process.

• Design Development: Once we’ve aligned on the design concept with you, we’ll develop and refine it. Our disciplined approach includes looking at all elements of your project to create spaces that reflect your lifestyle and design vision. We will look at each space individually, while keeping in mind the overall home design to ensure ew deliver a harmonious project. We will work with you until you are comfortable with the design presented and finalize all design elements.

• Final Design Presentation: We will put together a full package design presentation, that will encapsulate all of our decisions into one cohesive design. Here we will highlight all of the design elements - final plans and design boards, as well as a comprehensive package of all of the sourced and approved furniture and finishes. Each room designed will be presented in totality, in order to all you to experience the journey throughout your home.

• Project Management: During this phase of the project, we will tap into our project management skills to ensure a smooth design execution process. We will stay on top of everything at this phase, from order placement, tracking orders and final installation. We also will coordinate with any contractors for architectural design elements and construction.

• We will organize with our vendors the procurement and order placement of all finishes and furniture for your project. Depending on the scale of the project, a detailed order placement chart will be provided to help with tracking and budgeting. We remain involved after orders are placed, to ensure that all items are successfully ordered. 

• Depending on your location and project, we will be available to ensure that all items have arrived, and that all elements of the design have been complete. We will be available to jump on virtual calls to to help with the final design styling of your space so that the final design comes to life in your home.

• Day 2 Design / Additional Services: Should any additional needs arise, we are always available to jump back in and help gather any necessary design items. It is important to live in your space and feel comfortable before making any changes or additional design elements. We are happy to always continue projects with our clients for years and cherish lasting client relationships.
