For the relocation of their headquarters to Midtown, a forward-thinking and innovative new legal workspace was thoughtfully designed to promote and enhance their highly collaborative culture. This new office truly transcends the traditional idea of what the landscape of a modern law firm can achieve, blending functionality with inspiring aesthetics. The 10th floor serves as the main point of reception and features hospitality touches aimed at creating a welcoming atmosphere, including a thoughtfully curated coffee bar for guests. The space offers a diverse variety of seating arrangements, including both open and closed booths, providing staff with flexibility and choice in their meeting environments to suit different needs. To cultivate an inclusive atmosphere where individuals from a variety of cultures and backgrounds would feel comfortable and welcome, the finish palette was deliberately inspired by calming earth tones and the soothing flow of ocean waves.
Adaptive Reception
The NYC immigration law firm's new office draws from local cultures, using rich fabrics, earth tones, patterns, and warm woods to create a welcoming reception. The adjacent boardroom features a divisible wall, enabling the two spaces to combine for events.

Conference Rooms
Offering a diverse group of meeting and conference rooms tailored to various needs. What was once an office with limited space for conferencing has been completely transformed. The new office now provides a fresh and modern perspective on the law firm office experience, enhancing both functionality and comfort.
Rich Textures
Embracing the imperfections of the building, the design helps to highlight and celebrate the history office space. The raw structural beams were exposed, to juxtapose the rich new materials used throughout the space, further enhancing the history and uniqueness of the office building.
