To create a consistent branding across their multitude of locations, a design standard was created for architectural elements and space typologies. Design build standards were developed with the varying future tenants in mind. To attract potential clients and renters, the design aesthetic focused on hospitality vibes and living room settings. Varying groupings of collaborative spaces and workspaces were established, to allow for co-working sessions. The offices were created to be sun-filled, plush interiors. Each location draws inspiration from the local architecture and culture around, while maintaining the same level of hospitality and design standards across as locations.
