Expanding upon existing space within the building, this client’s goal was to set their design standards for all future spaces. Designed during a re-brand, this office space was to create work zones to motivate the employees to return to office post-pandemic work. Rich and textural materials were used in both the reception and workspace. A variety of work points were introduced, to allow for flexibility for all employees to choose from. As a global firm, this office would be welcoming to visitors from around the world.
As an international client, the NY headquarters would be used as a design standard for future projects going forward. A contrast between natural materials and bright whites helped to create a high contrast and energetic entrance. Angles are used as an abstraction from the client’s logo. A divisible wall opens the main conference room into the reception and event space.

Nature’s Warmth
An interconnecting stair helps to connect employees to previously completed floors. Collaborative zones have been interspursed throughout the workspace, to give employees a variety of seating options.
