Looking to refresh their pre-build design and finish standards, new finishes and planning guidelines were thoughtfully developed. To help attract future tenants, the finishes were carefully chosen to be neutral and inviting, creating a welcoming atmosphere that allows all prospective tenants to easily envision themselves within the space. Several carefully curated palettes were created to introduce variety within the pre-build spaces, with selections tailored to suit different locations throughout New York City. These updated standards have been consistently applied to all future builds from 2018 onwards, ensuring a cohesive and appealing aesthetic throughout.
