As the largest travel agency in America, the ultimate goals for Travel Leaders' new headquarters were to unify its various brands and offices under a single, cohesive roof, while also fostering a more open and transparent workplace environment. TPG developed a thoughtfully cohesive workplace design to seamlessly combine the four merging companies, drawing creative inspiration from the elegant NYC hotels. Warm jewel tones were carefully incorporated throughout the entire office space to establish a refined, hospitality-infused atmosphere that truly reflects the overall purpose and spirit of the agencies. A centrally located, feature stair physically connects the two agencies and symbolically captures the essence of travel, complemented by a striking, large topographical mural on the adjacent wall that enhances the storytelling element of the space.
