This new NYC headquarters is thoughtfully inspired by all of the key elements of the beautiful game and the unique culture surrounding the sport. The layout of the office space draws direct inspiration from the stadium experience, carefully designed to evoke the atmosphere felt by both the players on the field and the passionate fans in the stands. Advanced technology has been seamlessly integrated into every corner of the space, helping to bring the office environment to life in a way that mirrors the dynamic energy and excitement one feels during the game itself.
The Tunnel
To welcome guests and clients from different organizations, color-changing LED lights housed within white mesh that suggests netting, along with a running AV banner, can be programmed to shift colors and display tailored messaging for each group.
Stadium Ring and Feature Displays
AV is integrated at large scales, to represent the scale of the stadium experience and the energy of the fans. A double height feature with an AV ring, around the perimeter of the stair resembles the iconic stadium ring feature of arenas. Clients and employees will be immersed as they decend the stairs into the Concession Cafe.
Branding elements honor the diverse clubs on center display in the reception area. This feature display helps to honor the pride, unity and serve as a tribute to the team’s spirit and fans loyalty.
A trophy display in featured, commemorating past winners. As a way to honor players and teams, this ever lasting display will be a major photo opportunity for guests and employees.
The Beautiful Game
The Locker Room
Hidden behind a wall yet directly tied to the stadium atmosphere, the “Locker Room” meeting room highlights new jersey kits in a style that mirrors the authentic design and layout of team locker rooms.
The Stadium Experience
To resemble the interior the stadium—with concession stands, live game footage, and a locker-room feel—branding plays a central role in shaping this café experience. The design, signage, and themed details reinforce the athletic atmosphere and the energy of game day.
Concourse Cafe
Executive VIP Suite
To reflect the VIP suite experience within a stadium, high end and polished finishes are used throughout. The history of the beautiful game is celebrated and embraced through branding.
Polished Finishes
Team Workplace
Honoring the clubs and fans, the workplace brings in vibrant colors and unique motifs that represent the game. The energy and creativity is reflected in every corner.
The Midfield
The midfield is the central hub of the workplace. Similar to the midfield on the pitch, this collaborative zone is centrally located within each work neighborhood. Varying meeting room typologies and hydration stations are key design features.
The Club & Fan Experience
Branding & Graphics
To honor the clubs and fans, branding elements are included throughout the entire workspace. Displays to showcase equipment and champions are feature elements.
