Fittingly, they have chosen to build their new headquarters in the heart of the highly anticipated and long-awaited revitalization of Manhattan’s PENN District. Much like the vibrant neighborhood itself, the new office space aspires to attract and retain the best talent by offering an amenity-rich environment that supports and leads the reemergence of a dynamic post-pandemic business culture.

WORLD’S MOST FAMOUS ENTRANCE

Located directly across from the main entrance of Madison Square Garden on 7th Avenue, the ‘West Lobby’ serves as a reception area exclusively for employees. This space is designed to provide a welcoming yet private environment for staff members entering the building. Graphic screens and impressive ceiling heights thoughtfully combine to create a grand and welcoming entrance into the new workspace, making a strong and inviting first impression.

Workplace Reception

First impressions that truly stand out and remain memorable are carefully crafted to make a lasting impact. Designed to represent and imitate the vibrant colored lights on the exterior of The Garden, the color-changing lights adapt by changing to reflect each visitor’s unique branding or highlight the NY-based team scheduled to play at the garden that evening, creating a personalized and inviting atmosphere.
